Must have passed Madhyamik Pariksha of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or equivalent examination under any Board recognized by any
State Government or the Central Government.
Physical Standards: For All Categories : Height – 167 cms, Chest – 78 cms. with minimum expansion of 5 cms (78cms – 83cms). For Gorkha, Garwalis, Rajbansis and Schedule Tribes : Height – 160 cms, Chest – 76 cms with minimum expansion of 5 cms.
Application Fee: Application forms and Information Brochures will be available from 16/08/2010 from the offices of the Superintendents of Police of the districts on payment of Rs.150 only by Demand Draft / Postal Order drawn in favour of the West Bengal Police Recruitment Board for the General and OBC Category (No fee for SC/ST candidates).
